Conference Information

If your school is interested in attending this year's conference, register here.

The school registration fee is $25. A check must be sent paid to the order of HTHMUN and sent to:

The delegate fee is $15, which will be collected at the door upon check-in.

In order to expedite the diplomatic process there will not be any General Debate!

Advanced Security Council and Novice Security Council will both be double delegation.

Policy Papers: All delegates are required to write a policy paper for each topic. These papers should be received by HTHMUN by November 17. They can be mailed to:

Advanced Security Council delegates must write a policy paper on two topics of their choice. The policy paper format can be found here.

Resolutions: Because delegates will turn in policy papers, resolutions will be written in committee and will be presented using computers and projectors. Delegates are encouraged to bring portable USB devices to transfer documents between computers.

Computers: A few laptops and desktop computers will be provided for use in resolution writing during committee. Delegates are encouraged to bring their own laptops. Wireless internet will be available in all committee rooms.
