1. Save your document as "Country_YourFullName" (FOR EXAMPLE: If your name is Joe Shmoe and you are representing the United States, the name of your document should be "UnitedStates_JoeShmoe") .
2. Select your committee and topic of the brief you are uploading.
3. Choose the file to upload, press the upload button and make sure that there is a submission confirmation on the top of the page.
